• Email Alerts Service – allows users who subscribe to the service to receive email updates about lastminute.com, such as press releases, reports and presentations, press events & investors.

• Contact Us service is dedicated to press, investor relations and careers enquiries only We provide a dedicated form where you can select the kind of query you want to submit( Press/media enquiries, IR queries, HR enquiries) to make sure you reach the right person. No other enquiries will be handled.

The company providing these services is lastminute.com N.V. a Dutch company listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange of Zurich (Switzerland), headquartered at Rokin 92 – 96 1012 KZ Amsterdam, Netherlands (registration number 342673 and VAT No. NL817629890B02), parent company of lastminute.com group (‘lastminute.com’).

2. Service registration

To use these services you need to fill in the forms available on the Website. To this end, you hereby declare and warrant that all the information and personal data notified to us during the registration stage are up-to-date, complete and true. Furthermore, you are liable and hereby undertake to immediately report any change to these data to lastminute.com NV.

Once registration has concluded, you will receive an email with a link through which to activate your account. Once activated you will be able to access the services with your user and password.

If you suspect that your access’ data is being used in an unauthorised or improper way by third parties, you must immediately contact lastminute.com group, reporting this abuse by sending an email to the following address: privacy.en@lastminutegroup.com.

We hereby remind you to ensure the diligent use and authorised access to the service. Any operation performed with your access data (i.e your email address) shall be considered as carried out personally by the holder of the access data , and this party shall therefore be liable in the event of breach of obligations concerning the diligent use of the service.

2.1 Cancellation from the Email Alerts service

It is possible to unsubscribe from the Email Alerts service by using the link provided at the bottom of each email communication received by the registered User or by using the account cancellation procedure on the page dedicated to the service. We inform you that you can change your Alerting preferences or unsubscribe at any time by visiting the Email Alerts page and logging in or by clicking on the unsubscribe link which we provide in each communication sent to you.

3. Duration of the Email Alerts service

The service is available for an unlimited period of time, unless it is terminated at the user’s initiative (as described in Article 2.1) or at the initiative of lastminute.com NV, which reserves the right to terminate the service at any time.
