Job Description

We are looking for a Head of HR to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveler’s journey for millions of holidaymakers. If you are a master at managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR strategies, and fostering a positive organizational culture keep reading, as you might be the perfect fit for this job. 

The job in brief: 

Job Title -  Head of HR

Team – You will join the People & Talent Growth team and be in charge of the HRBP and TA teams. You will report to the Chief People Officer.

Level – Managerial (Accountable for managing people, setting direction, and deploying resources)

Location -  Chiasso, Switzerland

Contract -  Permanent  (36 h/week)

Working model -  hybrid

What your impact will be

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives

  • Coach & mentor Senior Management to achieve business goals

  • Lead and mentor HRBPs to ensure they effectively support their respective business units

  • Support HRBPs in their role as strategic partners to business unit leaders.

  • Guide on complex employee relations issues and conflict resolution

  • Collaborate with the TA Manager to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies

Qualifications

  • Your expertise 

    • Solid experience of 10 – 15 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.

    • Experience in international exposure and HR local management relationships

    • Solid experience in change management and program management activities

    • Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.

    Desirable 

    • Nice to have experience in managing payroll & systems team

Selection process steps*:

– 1st interview (Chief People Officer): soft skills + technical knowledge

– 2nd interview (couple of peers)

– 3rd interview (Chief of Corporate)
