As a Mobile Engineer, you’ll work on our next-generation mobile applications, a specific project critical to our customers’ needs. We need our engineers to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new challenges across the full-stack as we continue to push technology forward.
Our products need to handle information at scale and extend beyond selling flights and hotels. We’re looking for engineers who bring fresh ideas from all areas, including information retrieval, distributed computing, large-scale system design, networking and data storage, security, artificial intelligence, UI design and mobile; the list goes on and is growing every day.

Key Responsibilities
- Take part in the entire product lifecycle and strategy (concept, design, test, release and support)
- Collaborate with product managers and other engineers in cross-functional teams to create the best experience for our customers within our next-generation mobile applications
- Create, maintain and implement the source code to develop mobile apps and mobile platform programs that meet the needs of our products and customers
- Produce fully functional mobile applications by writing clean code
- Research and suggest new mobile products and applications
- Understand how our business works and how products add value to our customers
- Understand how technology impacts our business and could be an enabler for our success
- Learn and share experiences on new technologies and trends and how you can leverage them in current and future products
- Collaborate and share knowledge with others across the group

The Expertise You Have
- Passion and enthusiasm, you love what you do with a pragmatic approach and attention to detail
- 2+ years of professional experience developing publicly available Mobile Apps
- Proven Android or iOS development experience
- Knowledge of React Native (Typescript) framework
- Knowledge of Mobile UI/UX design guidelines and development (custom views, interaction, animations, etc.)
- Experience working in a mobile team using agile and extreme programming methodologies
- Demonstrable experience sharing feedback with teammates in a collaborative and team-based organisation
- Fluent in English
