Amsterdam/Chiasso, 30 July 2026 – lastminute.com N.V. (“lastminute.com”) today
published its unaudited results for the first half of 2026. Revenues grew 4% year-on-year
to €189.7m, with strong Flight sales and resilient late-booking demand for Packages
underpinning the performance in a period when much of the European travel sector came
under top-line pressure.
Trading in the second quarter reflected an industry-wide shift toward shorter booking
windows amid Middle East-related uncertainty, with bookings made within six weeks of
departure rising year-on-year while longer-lead bookings softened. Consequently,
revenues in the second quarter declined by 2% to EUR 91.4m. Backed by resilient
underlying demand, the Group’s flexible model is well positioned to capture late-booking
momentum for summer Packages across Southern and Central Europe. Extraordinary
cancellation and reprotection costs arising from the Middle East disruption have been
classified below Adjusted EBITDA, with Q1 restated on the same basis.
